Nice facilities. Pretty location central to most everything in the Black Hills. We stayed in Base camp for the pull through and TV hookup. Drove around Ranch Camp but the road is a little rough and for smaller tents & trailers. Otherwise, well maintained. We'd probably choose the Main Camp on next visit as its close to the showers & laundry with full hookups and plenty of shade.

Per previous review, nice level gravel, easy in & out access, short walk to Wall Drug. Picnic table at each site. Pool Heater was not working but in process of being corrected. Very nice staff. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice, clean park near a baseball field. Plenty of room to back your rig. Park has a nice lake to stroll around. Could be warm in summer as there were no shade trees. Excellent, safe overnight stop. We would stay here again.

Located on east side of town. Tight right turn entering the park. Website says they have electric and water but we only saw one water spigot in the center of the park. Electric at all sites. Nice stop and well maintained for overnight stop. Sites are free. We would have donated $$$ but didn't see a drop box. We would stay here again.

Sites on the lake are premium and much nicer. We stayed at Area 1 Cedar Point site 11. Sites aren't level and ground is badly eroded. Our site was on the end of the row with a little more elbow room and shaded. I was very shocked to see how deteriorated the campsites were since we last visited 10yrs ago. Restrooms were very clean, showers nice but building was very warm (no turbine to draw out the heat). Swimming area is nice, sandy bottom. Kids loved diving and jumping off dive platform. You can rent canoes and paddle boats.

Decent city park for an overnight or couple days. Approximately, half the sites are pull thru. Restrooms are across the park. Honor system to pay. Sites are fairly level under pecan trees. Only reason for low rating is that the roads need re-paving, clear the pecan limbs and electric boxes/water faucets are past time for replacing. Everything works, just need updates. Has a dump station. It seems the local gas field workers have found this location to stay in their RV's.

Nice, quiet State Park for family. Small fishing and swimming lake (100 acres) with nice hiking trails. Close to Dinosaur Valley State Park. No park store at the moment pickup ice and supplies in town as you're 20-30minutes away from nearest store. North Creek section has the best level sites
